These are general FAQs applicable to all our servers.
Q: I can’t install the game, it says “App not installed”. What’s wrong?
A: This issue usually occurs when you don’t have enough free space on your device.
Q: I see “Your account can’t be found in the database. Try to clean app data” when I open the game. What does this mean?
A: Your account may have been removed due to prolonged inactivity. You can fix this by reinstalling the game or clearing the app data in your device settings.
Q: My game is stuck at “Download Content” or “Connecting to Server”. What should I do?
A: Please wait a little while as we may be experiencing technical difficulties. If the issue persists, try switching to a different internet connection. If it still doesn’t work, contact us for further assistance.
Q: How do I use in-game commands?
A: Type in the chat after joining any clan to see available commands and how to use them by typing /help.
Q: Some players have gradient nicknames. Can I get one too?
A: No, gradient nicknames are reserved for early access players who have been with our servers for a long time. We currently do not plan to offer these nicknames to new players.
